Richard C. Erwin
Rich Erwin founded IAM, the first investment advisory firm in Plano, Texas. He has served as its President and Chief Investment Officer since 1983.
Rich earned a B.A. from Principia College (1973) and an M.B.A. from Babson College (1978). Prior to founding IAM, he spent 10 years in Boston, MA serving a large charitable organization as Investment Analyst, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Trust Officer. He was responsible for a security analysis team, sizable institutional portfolios, and personal trusts.
Today, Rich lends strategic direction to the organization while leading its investment team in the IAM S.E.L.E.C.T. security analysis process he developed.
Rich has been active in the local community and beyond serving on boards and committees for non-profit and service organizations. His personal interests include fishing, bicycling, hiking, boating, gardening, church work, family and friends. He has been married to his wife, Susan, for over 30 years and has two adult children.

Christopher Troseth, CFP®
Senior Wealth Manager Christopher T. Troseth, CFP® is a key participant in financial planning and portfolio management activities at IAM.
Chris joined IAM in 1997. He has over 22 years of experience in the securities business, including floor-trading positions on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, as a Senior Trading Representative managing a block-trading desk for Pershing Brokerage Co., and as a stockbroker for Brown & Co.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Chris has passed the General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform State Law (Series 63) examinations. He enjoys soccer, tennis and mountain biking.
Chris lives in McKinney with his wife and son.

Andy Sayers
Andy Sayers has been a Wealth Manager at IAM since 2008. He enjoys helping IAM clients reach their financial goals and achieve independence. Andy has an extensive leadership background in the financial industry. He has managed financial institutions, administered commercial loans and deposits, and served in numerous other financial capacities.
Andy was born in Dallas and received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance Degree, at the University of North Texas. He has passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65). In keeping up to date, he continues to take additional financial planning courses.
Some of Andy’s interests include Rotary International, the Navy League, Lake and River Associations, sport fishing, and boating of all types. On weekends, he and his wife can be found on area lakes and rivers.

Dodie La Piana
Client Services Manager Dodie La Piana joined IAM in 2004. She is responsible for maintaining high standards of client care. As Compliance Administrator, she uses her expertise to ensure IAM meets or exceeds industry standards.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Dodie earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Indiana University and an M.B.A. degree from the W. Fielding Rubel School of Business at Bellarmine University. She has enjoyed positions in firms ranging from dot-coms to Fortune 500 companies and in both private and non-profit sectors.
Dodie has lived in New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Kentucky before transferring to Texas. She and her husband, Don, now reside in Plano. Dodie enjoys church activities and taking seminary classes, as well as walking, gardening, art, and music.
Lynn Gittings
Client Services Manager Lynn Gittings joined the IAM Team in 2005. Lynn works directly with Rich, managing client issues and operational matters.
Lynn worked in the banking industry for 15 years, holding numerous management positions. She has also worked for a major airline.
Lynn attended the University of Wisconsin – Parkside. She lived in Texas for 30 years, and recently moved to the Greenville, SC, area. Lynn is an avid golfer and downhill skier. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Leanne DeVey
Investment Analyst/Portfolio Manager Leanne DeVey joined the IAM team in 2008. She works with Rich Erwin as part of IAM’s Investment Team and serves as an active member of IAM’s Investment Committee. From 2008 through 2011 she served as Operations Manager, conducting all trading for IAM and overseeing back office operations, including portfolio reconciliations, client billings and reporting.
Leanne earned a B.B.A. from Texas Woman’s University and M.B.A. from The University of North Texas. She has over 22 years of accounting experience in business and non-profit companies. She holds a Series 65 license.
Leanne and her husband Dan live in Richardson with their children. She is active in her church and volunteers to support the local high school band and soccer organizations. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her hobbies include photography, backpacking and cooking.

Neil Krishnaswamy
Operations/Financial Planning Specialist Neil Krishnaswamy joined the IAM team in 2011. He is responsible for client data integrity, technology management and financial plan development. Having passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM exam in March 2011, he enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.
Prior to entering financial services, Neil worked in the hard disk drive industry for 9 years, holding positions in electronics and software development. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Spanish from Purdue University.
Neil is a registered investment advisor representative, and an active member of the Financial Planning Association. He enjoys volunteering, yoga, tennis and reading. He lives in McKinney with his wife Pavithra and daughter Veda.
